I stopped by yesterday to see one of our more important referral sources (a SNIF that is constantly bombarded by home care companies). When I walked into the Social Worker’s office I saw our MOST postcard in the middle of her bulletin board! She said it was a great resource for her! That is exactly what I had hoped for. Thanks for creating such a great tool! |

Before joining the MOST program, we were disconnected in our marketing efforts, spinning our wheels and not spending our marketing dollars effectively. Becoming part of MOST has had the collateral effect of pulling a lot of our employees together behind a more focused vision, turning them into individual marketing billboards. The materials used in MOST make us look extremely professional and knowledgeable, and, most importantly, our employees feel very proud handing them out. I can spend lots of money on ads or billboards, but I can’t buy the pride and enthusiasm our MOST marketing materials bring out in our staff. |

I have seen a significant increase in the phones ringing, and in our internet activity. The hits on our website have been going through the roof compared to what they were before. And I know that it's because of MOST because most of those hits are going to the resources pages. And we've also gotten some referrals from geriatric specialists and geriatric psychologists, people that we really want referrals from. People we have never gotten referrals from before and they have been getting our (MOST) cards for three months now. It's working! |

I was out cold calling doctors’ offices today, and several said, “Oh! Aunt Ann’s; I know of you. I get your mail every month!” Another office said, “We get your newsletter. It is very nice!” It was so nice being out in the field cold calling, and getting a warm response. |

The recruitment flyer bonus is a wonderful and beautiful thing. We choose our photograph and the text that fits with who they [our potential caregivers] are and then brainstorm a list [of places] to distribute them for recruitment. This is a really nice and unexpected benefit of the MOST program. |
