We're getting a very good response from the eNewsletters which appear to be really enhancing our image in the minds of professionals in our area. Several people (a long term care insurance provider, a couple of attorneys and a financial advisor) have written me specifically to say they liked certain articles. |

I have seen a significant increase in the phones ringing, and in our internet activity. The hits on our website have been going through the roof compared to what they were before. And I know that it's because of MOST because most of those hits are going to the resources pages. And we've also gotten some referrals from geriatric specialists and geriatric psychologists, people that we really want referrals from. People we have never gotten referrals from before and they have been getting our (MOST) cards for three months now. It's working! |

I was out cold calling doctors’ offices today, and several said, “Oh! Aunt Ann’s; I know of you. I get your mail every month!” Another office said, “We get your newsletter. It is very nice!” It was so nice being out in the field cold calling, and getting a warm response. |

The recruitment flyer bonus is a wonderful and beautiful thing. We choose our photograph and the text that fits with who they [our potential caregivers] are and then brainstorm a list [of places] to distribute them for recruitment. This is a really nice and unexpected benefit of the MOST program. |
